Hidden Springs Resort Rules

RESORT RULES

1. We have 10MPH speed limit signs posted throughout the park. Speeding will not be tolerated because your children and ours are playing in the campground. Speed limit is 10 MPH on all park property and is strictly enforced! Our security guard is on duty. Speeders may be warned, fined or evicted from the park.
2. Quiet hours: Monday through Thursday are 10:00 P.M. till 7:00 A.M, Friday and Saturday are 12:00 A.M. till 7:00 A.M. and Sunday are 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.
3. No firearms, fireworks, paintball, BB guns or any other weapons allowed.
4. No ATV`S, golf carts, or dirt bikes allowed on Hidden Springs Resort property, Staff use only
5. No washing of RV, car, truck or boat
6. Campfires must be attended at all times. No burning of cans and bottles.
7. All visiting vehicles/persons entering the campground are charged $4.00 per person
8. Site prices are for one RV or tent. Additional charge for extra tents on site.
9. Alcoholic beverages are permitted on your site and at the pavilion, however rowdiness, profanity, unruly conduct, violence or drugs will not be tolerated. You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol. Hidden Springs Resort is a family oriented Resort and we ask that you drink responsibly and respect those who choose not to drink alcohol.
10. Local law prohibits gray water on ground. $50 fine

POOL RULES

1. Pool hours are from 10:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. No one allowed in pool area after 10:00 P.M.
2. No pets allowed in pool area or pool
3. No glass items or bicycles allowed in pool area

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

PET RULES

1. No noisy or vicious pets allowed.
2. All pets must be kept on a short leash at all times.
3. You must control your dogs barking.
4. You must clean up after your pets.
5. No pets allowed in bathhouses, clubhouse, or pool area.

If any animal is unruly, the owner must take it off the resort immediately or it will be removed by Hidden Springs Staff.

Hidden Springs Resort and management reserves the right to amend or change rules without prior notice for the preservation, safety, control and orderly operation of the resort. Hidden Springs Resort and management tries to operate a safe environment, but we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, acts of God or unforeseen acts of any kind. Members and quest will use all facilities at their own risk and consent.

Violation or failure to comply with any of these rules may result in forfeiture of your site fee and /or eviction from the campground. We have the right, by law,
to evict anyone for noncompliance.

Please report any rule violations to management or to the security guard on duty.
